Blood pressure & angina medicines such as nitrates, verapamil, diltiazem, doxazosin, beta-blockers. Can increase dizziness or fainting with Priligy.
Blood thinners such as warfarin. May increase bleeding risk.
Erectile dysfunction treatments such as Viagra, Sildenafil, Cialis, Levitra.
Increase risk of low blood pressure with Priligy.
HIV medicines may raise Priligy levels and side effects.
MAOIs such as rasagiline, selegiline, moclobemide, phenelzine. Risk of dangerous serotonin increase.
Mental health medicines (not antidepressants) such as Thioridazine, Lithium. May affect heart rhythm or interact with serotonin.
NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, aspirin. Can increase stomach bleeding risk.
Other antidepressants may raise serotonin too much with Priligy.
Prostate medicines such as tamsulosin, finasteride. May increase dizziness with Priligy.
Recreational drugs such as ecstasy, LSD, narcotics, benzodiazepines. Can cause dangerous interactions.
SSRIs (common antidepressants). Increase risk of serotonin syndrome.
St John’s Wort raises serotonin, increasing side-effect risk.
TCAs (older antidepressants). Can add to serotonin-related side effects.
Tryptophan may increase serotonin too much.
Tramadol raises risk of seizures and serotonin syndrome.
5HT1 migraine medicines such as sumatriptan, rizatriptan, zolmitriptan. Can interact through serotonin pathways.
Venlafaxine raises serotonin and side-effect risk.
